The EAP offers cover for employees and their immediate family members residing at the same address, including children in full-time education.

Cyclescheme - Bicycle Purchase Loans

Save money on a new bike and spread the cost!

Employee's can request bicycle purchase loans up to the value of £1,000. 

Through enrolment with Cyclescheme employees can save 25-39% (or even more) on their bike (and/or accessories) purchased. The benefit of the scheme is that you will pay nothing upfront and payments will be taken tax efficiently from your salary directly.

Loans received must be repaid by 12 equal payments, that are taken direct from your salary each month.

Long Service Award - £400

A gift of up to £400 is available to all employees on a permanent contract working over 10 hours per week and after 25 years continual service. The Trust recognises previous service for all employees that have joined the Trust under TUPE transfers.

 

How To Claim this Perk?

 

 

Employee Referral Scheme - £250

£250 payable to the employee making the referral - following successful completion of the probationary period of the new member of staff (new staff member must be on a permanent contract working 25 hours+ per week).
